Christophe began his career in food during college when he began working on a vegetable farm in northern Virginia, a job that unexpectedly changed the direction of his life.
Since then, he has accumulated more than twenty years of experience in diverse sectors of the food industry—line cook, executive chef, restaurant owner, retail meat company manager, and food systems consultant. Christophe has been an investor in and managing partner of two restaurants and one nose-to-tail butchery.
Today, Christophe is a trusted consultant to retail, wholesale, and hospitality businesses in the local foods landscape. His broad food sector experience and analytical skills help make our research, planning, and recruiting work effective and impactful for clients. Christophe earned his B.A. from Wesleyan University, an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from the New England Culinary Institute and an MS in Food & Nutrition from New York University. He lives in Brooklyn, NY with his wife and two daughters.
